The varieties mostly present are: Negroamaro, Primitivo, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. Calafuria comes from the vineyards that stretch for more than a kilometer along the Adriatic coast. It owes its name to one of more than 700 bays in Puglia. The region has a long tradition of producing rosé wines made from Negroamaro, vine that best expresses its potential near the sea.
