Grillo

Generally the wines are of a deep straw color, with a discreet olfactory range of good aromaticity, directed on herbaceous aromas, with a personal touch of nettle, followed by floral ones with notes of jasmine and citrus hints, with citrus touches. The palate is always well structured, often alcoholic and savory. The good acidity is part of the structure but at the same time it is soft. The resulting dry wines are always astringent, sometimes with earthy hints. It goes perfectly with fried shellfish and fish, even grilled or cooked with pasta and rice. It also goes well with fish and vegetable appetizers.
