Valpolicella
Valpolicella Ripasso is a DOC red wine from Veneto produced exclusively in Valpolicella in the province of Verona from native vines such as Corvina, Corvinone (up to 50% replacing Corvina), Rondinella but also in smaller percentages with Forselina, Negrara and Oseleta . The Molinara recently released from the specification as mandatory is still allowed. They are the same grapes that are used for the production of Amarone and Recioto.
