The Valpolicella Classico from Zonin is an aromatic Italian red wine, which is vinified from the Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grape varieties.
Tasting Notes.: shines in a wonderful ruby red with bright red highlights. The bouquet features notes of ripe heart cherries, berries and a discreet scent of almonds. The palate is also spoiled by cherries and berries. The texture is wonderfully silky and leads to a long-lasting finish.
Pairings: full-bodied to be enjoyed with savory pasta dishes, baked pastas, the traditional pasta pasticciata "de caval" (horse stew), mixed boiled meats and with well-aged cheeses. The optimal serving temperature is 18°C in a wide goblet.
