"Zìnzula" of Masseria Altemura is a tribute to the most beautiful of Salento's caves: the Zìnzulusa. It is made from Fiano and Moscato grapes harvested in mid-September, at the crack of dawn; produced from drained must, in total absence of maceration, it is a very delicate white and preserves all the freshest varietal notes. It is a sleek and sinuous tasting white, created to celebrate the splendor of the Apulian coast.
Tasting Notes: Golden yellow to the eye, with light amber hues. The nose is rich and intense, with floral and herbaceous hints of orange blossom and sage in evidence. The sip stands out, sweet and enveloping, endowed with a pleasant fresh sensation on the palate, with fruity notes of peach and apricot leading to the long, lingering caramel finish.
Pairings: A wine that pairs perfectly with fish dishes, shellfish and cheeses.
