Almost always from single grape varieties, or the result of very successful blends, these are wines that privilege the cleanliness, fragrance and simplicity of the grapes of origin, so as to let them speak first and then the hands that care for them. Corvo Rosa is an example of this: versatile, young and fresh, it is a well-proportioned wine of immediate pleasantness, a beautiful rosé version of a selection of Sicilian Nerelli that gives us a particularly satisfying taste.

Tasting Notes: Bright pink in color, smells of wild strawberries, mowed grass, mineral notes and white pepper. Corresponding to the nose, it is well balanced between freshness and savoriness. Fruity finish.
