Friulano is the quintessential white wine of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. In fact, it is an indigenous grape variety of this area of Italy, whose origins are very ancient, that Ca' Bolani, a great production reality of the territory, declines with a label rich in aromas and fresh to the palate, an expression of the Friuli Aquileia DOC. The grapes, carefully selected during the harvest phase, vinify in steel, where they remain to rest for a few months, until it is time to proceed with bottling operations. A product not to be missed, to get in touch with one of the most representative varieties of Friulian enology.
Tasting Notes: In the glass it shows a straw-yellow color, with some light reflections tending to golden. Fruity aromas gently invade the nose, enriched by a scent of fresh almond and mineral touches, bringing back flint. In the mouth it is medium-bodied, swaddling, rounded, with a sip of good acidity, giving a crisp drink.
Pairings: Very versatile, it is excellent both at aperitif time, with a nice board of cured meats and sausages, and throughout the meal. Perfect with an asparagus flan.
