Rosè tending to orange Intense notes of rose and raspberry In the mouth it is pleasant, fresh with slight tannic notes The 'grapes harvested in baskets were crushed and destemmed and left to macerate for about 12 hours at a temperature of 12°C. After that, soft pressing was carried out and alcoholic fermentation took place at a temperature of 18°C. Before bottling, the wine was aged in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature for a few months.
