It comes from vineyards that enjoy unique exposures and microclimate, and offers harmonious and elegant sensations. It matures in steel and is completed with a period of aging in the bottle. It synthesizes all the emotions that a glass of wine is capable of giving.
Tasting Notes.: Straw yellow color. Intensely perfumed on the nose, with distinct hints of wild flowers, Williams pear and white peach. The palate is fresh and savory, medium-bodied, balanced and harmonious in persistence.
Pairings: Can be paired with fish or vegetable preparations. Excellent with ricotta and spinach timbale.
