Ferrari's Trento DOC "Maximum Rosé," a high quality, smooth and delicate sparkling wine that comes from a careful selection of pinot noir and chardonnay grapes, whose maturation on the lees lasts for about 36 months before a further rest in the bottle. A classic method perfect for learning about that grace, decision and elegance that have always been part of the Ferrari style. An ideal sparkling wine for any occasion, not only for a nice aperitif but also for a dinner with friends thanks to its natural vocation for the best pairings.
Tasting notes: Antique pink, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is delicately fragrant, with hints of small fruits, yeasts and a just balsamic and enveloping background of remarkable complexity. Of great elegance and with a perfect gustatory correspondence, it is enriched by small berries and fresh balsamic notes. Finish of remarkable persistence, marked by delicate hints of yeast.
Pairings: Wonderful throughout a meal, Ferrari recommends pairing with a focaccia with bresaola and parmesan or a large plate of spaghetti with tomato sauce.
