Taif 2022 Igt Terre Siciliane Zibibbo - Cantine Fina

Cantine Fina's Terre Siciliane Zibibbo Taif comes from vineyards located in magical western Sicily. It is made from pure Zibibbo grapes, all harvested and selected by hand at the end of August. After fermentation, which takes place at a controlled temperature, the wine ages in stainless steel tanks and then for about 3 months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes.: It is characterized by a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a refined and aromatic bouquet, enriched by pleasant summer notes of fresh flowers. On the palate it is pleasantly soft, harmonious and fresh.

Pairings: It is perfect to pair with aged cheeses and is excellent served with shellfish and fresh fish cooked on the grill or in the oven.
