Feudi di San Gregorio's Spumante Metodo Classico "DUBL ESSE" is made from the best Greek grapes from the most interesting vineyards in the Tufo area. Produced without compromise or concession and with so much care and attention, it is a Spumante of surprising elegance and complexity.
Tasting notes: Golden, with greenish hues; fine and persistent perlage. The nose is expressed with ripe citrus fruit, hints of flint and sweet spices. The palate is dry, clean, fresh and pleasantly elegant.
Pairings: Excellent with seafood au gratin and oily fish, it also goes very well with pasta dishes; try it with spaghetti with clams and bottarga.
