Produced from grapes harvested in the vineyards of Cornaiano, characterized by mineral-rich soils, this excellent "Indra" sauvignon. Fermentation and aging are carried out in steel, to preserve the intense aromas and pleasant freshness of taste.
Tasting Notes.: Bright straw yellow to the eye. Intense nose with notes of peach, citrus, spring flowers and elderflower. Full-bodied palate, resting on lively freshness and typical savoriness.
Pairing: Fragrant white wine to pair with first and second courses of seafood cuisine, vegetarian dishes and spicy recipes of oriental cuisine.
