Tasting Notes: To the eye it has a pale ruby red color, very bright. Classic aromas of the grape variety emerge on the nose, with notes of small red fruits alternating with slightly spicy hints. The palate is delicate, medium-bodied tending to light, perfectly balanced.
Pairings: It is a product with a particular gastronomic inclination, suitable for both first and second courses. Interesting pairing with lightly aged cheeses, it makes a great impression with a good Hungarian goulash.
Considerations: Pinot noir is a grape variety that has always been able to give special emotions in Alto Adige. Erste + Neue therefore, from the height of its tradition and strong connection with the territory, could certainly not avoid proposing it with a light and soft label that is very pleasing to the palate. The grapes, rigorously selected to represent only the best of the terroir of origin, ferment in steel and then mature slowly in large oak barrels. A Pinot Noir DOC of great finesse, with clear varietal appeal and enviable balance: not to be missed.
