If we were to mention a bolgheri who seems eternal in his evolutionary parable this would certainly be the scratch. With Maurizio Castelli as a consultant in the cellar and Luca Marrone as an internal oenologist, it seems that here the right actions to do they never escape. A red that therefore emotes both in the youth and after long years of aging in the bottle and capable of wonders in blind tasting among the wines of equal rank. The secret of him? Probably that of having a substantial share of Sangiovese in its own blend, an exclusive thing in the area, which allows him to do miracles in terms of maturation and aromatic explosiveness.
