The Zonin family, after buying Masseria Altemura in 2000, has, from the very beginning, wanted to bet on Metodo Martinotti Brut "Rosamaro", with the aim of making it a reference Spumante for the production of Apulian bubbles. A label with a modern style, where quality can be felt from the very first sips, also thanks to the strong sparkling wine vocation that the Zonin family has refined during its long history in Veneto.
Tasting Notes: In the glass it has a light pink color, reminiscent of salmon tones; the perlage is fine and of good duration. The scents that make up the olfactory profile are mainly fruity, fresh and persistent. On the palate it is slender-bodied and drinkable, with a smooth and satisfying drinkability.
Pairings: Ideal at aperitif time, where it accompanies various types of finger food and canapés. Also excellent with fried fish.
