One of the most awarded products in the entire Bartolomiol range, the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG "Maior" is characterized by roundness and smoothness, properties conferred by the sweeter residual sugar, typical of the Dry version. The grapes ferment at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts in steel, and then perform the "presa di spuma" and remain to refine, again in steel, for a variable period between 1 and 3 months. A bottle not to be missed, to try your hand at the world's most famous Italian bubbly.
Tasting notes: In the glass it has a straw yellow color, with a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose presents notes of fruit, including exotic fruit, alternating with sensations reminiscent of fern, lily of the valley and more mineral nuances. On the palate, it is lively, smooth, decidedly fresh and pleasantly concentrated.
Pairings: Excellent at the end of a meal, with dry pastries that are not too sweet. Also perfect with spicy and sweet-and-sour cuisine typical of Asian countries. Smashing with the regional recipe of sarde in saor alla veneziana.
