The Nero d'Avola is a grape variety red grape whose products lend themselves to a long aging given the good acidity of the grapes starting point. The name of the wine Rocaille comes from the special decorations made from shells, stones and rocks, used to embellish sacred furnishings and altars placed at the end of the Sacrocolli pilgrimage routes.
