This wine, chosen by the Frescobaldi family to continue the tradition of reserving a Private Collection for its newborns, originates from the oldest vines at Castello Nipozzano, endowed with a deep root system. Of great complexity and harmony, it is aged for 24 months in oak barrels as per ancient Tuscan tradition. Intense and brilliant ruby red. On the nose, floral and fruity notes are perfectly integrated with spice. Rosehips and violets, stand out among all, and are balanced with hints of small red berries. A persistent balsamicity and elegant toastiness complete the nose. The palate is silky with a fine tannic texture. The acid component is perfectly balanced with the alcohol component. Long and persistent finish.
