After crushing and destemming, the must undergoes a fermentation and maceration process in vertical fermenters, which allow for gentle extraction of color and polyphenolic substances. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in 60-hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels.
Tasting Notes.: Brilliant ruby red with light garnet highlights. Intense and rich with fruity notes and a pleasant typical grassy note. Full, slightly tannic and perfectly balanced with good persistence.
Pairings: Can be enjoyed throughout a meal, but is particularly good with cured meats, pastas and risottos, roasted or grilled meats and medium-aged cheeses.
