It is always with great pleasure that a bottle of Vermentino is uncorked: when it is then as fresh as the Toscana IGT of the Perolla line produced by the San Felice winery, the enthusiasm of each sip becomes more and more intense. The grapes ferment at a controlled temperature in steel, then remain on the lees for about a month and are bottled. To be tasted!

Tasting Notes.: The wine shows a straw-yellow color to the eye. The nose is shot through with floral and fruity aromas, where grapefruit alternates with white flowers and herbaceous hints. The palate is lively, fresh and smooth; it closes with a finish characterized by a citrus aftertaste.

Pairings: Excellent throughout a meal and as an aperitif, it enthusiastically accompanies fish recipes and preparations. Also perfect with light starters and hors d'oeuvres, try it with cheese soufflés.
