The Verduno Pelaverga of Bel Colle comes from the hills of Verduno, a small village near the Langhe in the province of Cuneo. Verduno is the land where we find this interesting Piedmontese grape variety. After harvesting operations are completed, fermentation is carried out in steel vats, with a 6-day maceration on the skins. The wine is aged 6 months in the bottle before release.
Tasting Notes.: Brilliant ruby red in color, with a bouquet of crisp red fruit and the characteristic spiciness of the grape variety. Well-structured, it stands out for its dry and harmonious sip, with a pleasantly spicy finish.
Pairings: To be paired with hors d'oeuvres of cured meats and pasta with meat sauce.
