Straw yellow, with beautiful green highlights. The aroma is distinctive with boxwood, tomato leaf and an intense hint of grapefruit zest. Sensations that expand on the palate, which is exuberant with characteristic acidity. Lime blossom and lime accompany the lingering, bright finish.

Vinification | A small portion of the crushed grapes (15%), benefits from a short maceration at a cold temperature sheltered from the air. The juice obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes is left decanting for 24 to 48 hours. It subsequently begins on must clear, the alcoholic fermentation, conducted at 18 °C for 15 days. The vinification is carried out in steel tanks, keeping the wine at low temperatures, thus avoiding the malolactic fermentation. |
