The Rosè 2022 Piedmont Doc of Villa Sparina we like for its great freshness and forthright resourcefulness. The vineyards of barbera e dolcetto, well exposed to the southwest on clay and limestone soils are harvested when fully ripe and vinified in steel. Thus is born a wine of great pleasantness.
Tasting notes: Dresses a suit deep pink of great luminosity and finesse. The nose is gentle and intriguing, opening with floral notes such as rose petal and winks at small red fruits. At palate è fresh e lively, medium-bodied and savory, extremely pleasant.
Pairings: To go with fish appetizers, savory pies and why not, stuffed omelet.
