The Trento DOC "Riserva Lunelli" by Ferrari is a sparkling wine that is the natural complement to the House's collection of labels: an elegance to which elevation in wood lends an intriguing richness and harmonious complexity.
Tasting Notes.: deep yellow in color with faint golden reflections, with a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose is fruity, rich, with complex aromas and a broad, enveloping structure. The processing in large oak barrels gives a variegated rainbow of sensations that captivate for their originality. The palate then is in perfect balance between varietal sensations, notes of toasted yeast and spices.
Pairings: suitable to accompany a full meal, from aperitif onwards. It is definitely at its best with refined and elaborate fish dishes, sushi, sashimi, shellfish and seafood.
