Tasting NotesThe wine shows a straw-yellow color, with some slight reflections tending to greenish. The nose is dominated by a clear hint of apple, alternating with slight floral nuances. The palate is fresh, with a linear and balanced structure.

PairingsExcellent both as an aperitif and throughout a meal, thanks to the simple structure that allows for very varied pairings. Perfect with fish dishes, it is at its best with a fillet of salmon trout and baked potatoes.

ConsiderationsAll the freshness of the terroir surrounding Caldaro is encompassed in this Alto Adige DOC produced by the Erste + Neue winery; a simple and consistent pure Pinot Bianco that conveys the right varietal characters in the glass. The grapes, grown using the classic pergola method, ferment in temperature-controlled steel containers, where they continue to age on fine lees until bottling. It is the ideal bottle to accompany everyday life in style.
