Intense, bright strawberry.
Aroma
The attack is firm, fruity, and reminiscent of white flesh peach and cut flower. A mentholated puff closes in freshness.

The forthright and sincere structure is striking, speaking of salt and sunshine. The sip is vibrant, long and satisfying, with a proud and lingering memory.
Notes
A powerful and robust version of Pinot Grigio, combining sanguine character with an almost austere pride in this glass.
Pairings
Giant on aperitif tables and proudly confronts fried fish, large roasted fish, octopus and shellfish in busara.
