Giant on aperitif tables and proudly confronts fried fish, large roasted fish, octopus and shellfish in busara.

Winemaker's notes

After soft pressing, the must ferments at a controlled temperature in steel vats for about 10 days. Aging in steel then continues at 16° until bottling.
