Winemaker's notes

Soft pressing of the hand-picked, destemmed, cooled and crushed grapes is followed by natural settling, after which the racked must ferments in temperature-controlled steel vats for about 7 days.

History

The introduction of international white grape varieties in Tuscany is the result of a wide-ranging project that had its turning point in the 1980s, with the enhancement of the distinctive characteristics of a Chardonnay grown in Tuscany.
