Diamanti 2022 Doc Sicilia Grillo Bianco - Principi di Butera

Diamanti is a balanced wine, with an immediately understandable and graceful sip: this is how this Sicilia Grillo DOC presents itself, a very versatile label in the kitchen, ready to be drunk now. The grapes, once arrived at the winemaking facilities of Principi di Butera, ferment in stainless steel containers, at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18 degrees. Also in stainless steel, maturation then takes place, in which the wine remains in contact with the yeasts for 4-6 months before being bottled. A straightforward and drinkable Sicilian white, to be reserved for the most informal moments, to be spent in the company of one's friends.

Tasting notes: In the glass it presents itself with a resplendent hue, recalling the color of straw yellow. The nose is striking for the freshness of the scents that envelop it from the first moments, telling of citrus and exotic fruit notes that move on a slight mentholated background. In the mouth it is dynamic, with a sip in which sapidity and freshness alternate in a smooth drink.

Pairings: This is an exceedingly versatile wine that can be drunk both during aperitifs and throughout the meal. It is at its best with raw fish and shellfish dishes.
