The Barolo Symposium by Bel Colle originates in the municipal territory of Verduno, in the northernmost area of the appellation Barolo. At the end of the harvest, we proceed to the fermentation of the best bunches with a 15-day maceration on the skins. Then the wine ages for about 3 years 50% in Slavonian oak barrels, 50% in French oak barrels and finishes aging in bottles.
Tasting Notes.: It is garnet in color, with a bouquet of dried red flowers, raspberry, morello cherry and delicate spicy notes. The sip is structured, with velvety tannins.
Pairings: Pair with game and braised or roasted meats.
