| Vinification | The grapes were crushed and destemmed. The maceration lasted about 7 to 8 days at a temperature of about 29 °C, the malolactic fermentation was completed before winter. |
| Aging | About 12 months. This was followed by another 4 months of aging in bottle in the Prunotto cellars before shipment. |
