Description Our reviews

Tasting Notes: Deep, intense color with garnet hues. The nose is complex, spicy, with hints of cinnamon, cherry jam and fruit under spirits. On the palate the wine is rich, with notes of black cherry, vanilla and coffee grounds.

Harvest	Hand-harvested grapes are set aside for drying in hillside fruit lofts until January and then pressed.
Vinification	Next, the grapes are processed with the traditional vinification in red with maceration prolonged for 20 to 25 days.
Aging	Once finished, the wine is racked and transferred to oak barrels for 2 years. After this period has elapsed, bottling is carried out and theaging in the bottle for several months.
