Prosecco Di Valdobbiadene Superiore 2023 Docg Millesimato Extra Dry - Santi

The Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Millesimato Extra Dry by Santi is made from selected grapes in the vocated municipality of San Pietro in Feletto on hilly soils endowed with a well-ventilated microclimate. As with the winery's other labels, vinification takes place traditionally: manual harvesting, first fermentation in steel, taking of froth in an autoclave. The Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Millesimato Extra Dry by Santi is straw yellow in color with greenish highlights and a minute, persistent perlage. The nose abounds with aromas of apple, pear and ripe white peach accompanied by floral hints of wisteria and hawthorn. The palate proves fragrant and balanced, with a pleasantly fresh and persistent finish. A perfect aperitif, it can also happily accompany legume soups, such as red lentils.
