Intense ruby red. Notes of ripe small red fruits, aromas of sweet spices, and a light, fresh menthol note stand out on the nose. The palate is well structured, persistent and very pleasant in the fruity aftertaste.

Vinification Upon arrival in the cellar selected grapes were destemmed and softly pressed. The fermentation and maceration were conducted in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks for a period of about 10-15 days at atemperature of 28-30°C. Part of the Merlot and Syrah musts were kept at lower fermentationatemperatures to preserve more of the aromivarietals.
Aging Malolactic fermentation took place partly in barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks, and was completed by the end of the year for all varieties. At this point, the Cabernet Sauvignon joined the Merlot and Syrah: thewine thus obtained reencountered the barriques, where it was rested for another 7 months before indulging in bottling.
