Coming from a selection of several vineyards characterized by low yields, Barbera Giulin macerates 12 days on its skins. The result is a very fruity, full-bodied wine that ages in tonneau for about six months. Definitely an excellent expression of Monferrato, classic and at the same time identifying the winery's "terroir."
Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red color. On the nose the aromas are very refined, with notes of cherry and raspberry followed by floral aromas. In the mouth the tannic texture marries a pleasant freshness, without ever sinning on softness. The finish is persistent on notes of red fruits.
Pairings: Excellent to accompany braised beef with mashed potatoes.
