UVE processing capable of enhancing the quality of the territory, tradition in working it and prices available to everyone, are the basis on which tickets ticks establishes a weld and attractive production. Over the years, this beautiful Apulian wine reality has continued to be a constant point of reference in quality production, fleeing the temptations of the easy street of homologated and large-scale wines. Of course, the quantities are important with two million and eight hundred thousand bottles produced but the quality is high throughout the wines range and this can only be admired. The company is located in the town of Leverano, the heart of Salento which includes the whole province of Lecce and extends north to Brindisi and Taranto. There are four family seals, Cantalupi, Donna Marzia, Saracen and Santo Stefano with 320 hectares of vineyards cultivated in Negroamaro, primitive, black and white Malvasia and also in Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. With these last two vines produce two blends of world and Salento, the black, obtained with grapes of Negroamaro and Cabernet Sauvignon and the moon, composed of Malvasia Bianca and Chardonnay. Both have revealed wines of charm, elegant, although sumptuous, going high in our rankings. The news of this year are the complete restyling chart of the "Territory wines" line (refuge, Liranu, Venus, Cagnavento and Mendola) and the introduction, in the same line, of the new born agapò, a white vinified musmbro.
