As their job is still to this day to preserve the soil, celebrating this figure who represents the strong bond between the land, the family and the winegrowing community, committed every day to protecting the richness and history contained in each bunch of grapes.
A bond that, as if by magic, is renewed with every sip.
The grapes are only the indigenous ones: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and a small percentage of Croatina. In the cellars of Colognola ai Colli, the drying phase and the complete process of the Valpolicella starting with vinification in a dedicated place. Both aging and bottling take place in the historic site of Santa Maria di Negrar
