Villa Sandi's Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Dry DOCG is made from pure glera grapes grown on the famous hill. Cartizze is a unique place for viticulture, thanks to the special climatic conditions and soil composition. After a soft pressing of the clusters, the must is placed to ferment in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The base wines are aged for several months in steel and then transferred to autoclaves for the second fermentation in accordance with the Martinotti method. Wrap-around, structure and aromaticity are the hallmarks of this elegant sparkling wine.

Tasting Notes.Straw yellow with greenish reflections traversed by a fine perlage. Intense nose with notes of wisteria flowers, golden apple and mango. In the mouth, the elegant envelopment is enlivened by citrus freshness and creamy effervescence.

PairingsExcellent at aperitif time, it is the ideal wine for a ginger salmon tartare and sushi.
