With Cartizze, we delve into the most important cru of the entire Valdobbiadene DOCG. Prosecco: it is in fact an area with a perfect exposure to the sun, characterized by a rocky layer rich in mineral elements. Bortolomiol with this Superiore Dry presents a bottle where freshness, sapidity and balance in the wide bouquet of aromas offered to the nose, create a product of rare elegance. The glera grapes ferment at a controlled temperature in steel, and then perform the "presa di spuma" and remain to age for a variable period, between 1 and 3 months. A truly special label, the result of the great link between terroir, climate and winery savoir-faire: absolutely to try!
Tasting notes: In the glass it shows a very transparent and bright straw yellow color, with a perlage that is striking for its persistence and subtlety. The nose develops notes of fruit, hazelnuts, acacia flowers and herbs, perfectly balanced. In the mouth it is incredibly fine and elegant, creamy, fresh, characterized by an excellent savory component.
Pairings: A wine with a very delicate structure, which is suitable for drinking on a variety of occasions. For aperitifs it is a very classy choice, while throughout the meal it is recommended with desserts such as fruit tarts and mousses.
