This Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Demi Sec DOCG "Suavis" 2017 is a sparkling wine with an important residual sugar, and for this reason suitable at the end of the meal with desserts, but it is never cloying given the beautiful freshness. It is made exclusively from late-harvested glera grapes, through a frothing process of about 30 days.
Tasting Notes.: Straw-yellow bright to the eye, it is intense in the aromatic sphere where it gives sensations of apple, pear, honey and white flowers. Delicately sweet mouthfeel enlivened by an appreciable freshness.
Pairings: Goes well with dry pastries and autumn desserts, such as a chestnut cake.
