Produced by the "Mastroberardino" winery by processing exclusively Greek grapes, "NovaSerra" is a white wine with a determined and decisive character. Intense and deep both on the nose and on the palate, it is vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks, where it subsequently rests. To complete the picture we have bottle aging of about four months. The result is given by a Greco di Tufo like no other encountered: choose it and it will repay in a big way the trust you have given it.
Tasting Notes.: Intense and deep straw yellow at the glass. The olfactory bouquet is broad and pleasant, characterized by flavors of peach, apricot and citrus, then accompanied by mineral, almond and aromatic nuances. The palate is fragrant and fruity like the nose, full-bodied, savory and persistent.
Pairings: It meets various gastronomic pairings. Spectacular to accompany monkfish in curry sauce.
