Barbera d'Asti DOCG "La Villa" is one of the first wines produced by the Olim Bauda Estate; aged exclusively in steel and then refined, for a few months, in the bottle, it is a wine of great quality, perfect for cheering up occasions of carefree conviviality.

Tasting Notes: Ruby. The nose is pleasantly vinous; hints of cherry and notes of berries stand out. The palate is full-bodied, balanced and pleasantly persistent.

Pairings: Excellent in combination with cured meats, it should be tried with tajarin al ragù and with bollito misto.
