"Suòlo 5" comes from vineyards positioned on the fertile hills of the Risignolo Estate, located in central western Sicily. It is a Terre Siciliane Bianco IGT that is striking for its freshness and sapidity, whose aromas on the nose are fine and fruity. The grapes, once picked early in the morning during harvest, are brought to the winery, where static decantation of the musts and alcoholic fermentation take place, part in steel.
Tasting Notes.: at the view has a clear straw color, enriched by slightly more greenish notes. Fine and intense nose, where notes of orange blossom alternate with more fruity and citrusy hints. It enters the mouth with a savory and fresh sip, decidedly long on the finish.
