A historic Friulian grape variety, present in the area since at least the 12th century, ribolla gialla is capable of giving wines of great finesse and expressiveness, rich and pleasant. A tasting that didactically expresses the natural characteristics of the grape variety while telling a clear imprint of the territory in which it was born. Not to be missed.
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow, the nose expresses a very interesting bouquet composed of notes of acacia, chestnut, yellow peach; all scents enhanced by a slight minerality. In the mouth it is dry, fresh, straight in revealing itself and balanced in its presentation. Excellent in freshness and structure, it closes with a light fruity note for a finish of good persistence.
Pairings: Intense and elegant, Puiatti's Ribolla Gialla pairs well with a dish of fritto misto, preferably fish.
