Pinot Grigio delle Venezie 2023 Doc - Allegrini Corte Giara

The Pinot Grigio delle Venezie Corte Giara by Allegrini is produced on the estate of the same name near Lake Garda. We are on the eastern hills of the lake, at an altitude of 200/250 meters, on soils of a morainic nature, rich in skeleton; the vines are trained to guyot with low density and are an average of 26 years old. Harvesting takes place in early September; the whole bunches undergo soft pressing, then ferment in steel at controlled T°. The wine undergoes a partial malolactic fermentation in October to reduce the high acid thrust, then ages 4 months in steel and 2 in bottle before release.
