Pinot Grigio delle Venezie 2021 Doc Biologico - Ruffino

Produced since 2002, Pinot Grigio represents all the attention Ruffino has paid to international varieties and their ability to adapt to the climate and more generally to the Tuscan territory. A white wine of great character, with an elegant and refined touch, today considered among the flagships of Italian wine in the world. The grapes are vinified and then left to mature in large temperature-controlled steel tanks in the presence of its noblest lees, an ideal technique to preserve its natural softness.

Tasting Notes.: Intense straw yellow, the nose offers beautiful fruity notes of pear and plum that fade to pleasantly mineral hints. On the palate the typical characters of the varietal emerge in a great balance between the acidic and soft components that make it particularly harmonious. Of good persistence.

Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with fish appetizers, salads, grilled white meats, soft cheeses.
