Pinot Grigio 2022 Doc Friuli Aquileia - Ca' Bolani

Pinot Grigio Friuli Aquileia DOC is a truly versatile Friulian white wine, thanks to a linear and classic structure that makes it perfect as an everyday drinking wine. The grapes, carefully selected during the harvest phase, vinify in steel, where they rest for a few months, until it is time to proceed with bottling operations. A bottle with which Ca' Bolani confirms that it always knows how to combine quality and quantity, moving from more serious and committed labels to lighter and convivial products, such as this Pinot Bianco.

Tasting Notes.: On visual examination it announces itself with a straw-yellow hue, from which a slight coppery reflection emerges in the rim. The olfactory spectrum recounts intriguing notes, which turn from white-fleshed fruit to floral sensations and hints of herbs. In the mouth it is light-bodied, tasty, with a refreshing sip. It finishes with a finish characterized by a slightly savory aftertaste.

Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, where it accompanies various types of canapés and finger foods, it is also perfect throughout a meal. It is a knockout with ravioli stuffed with grouper, served with a light cherry tomato sauce.
