The grapes are grown in Cornaiano on the Oltradige hills at an elevation of 450 to 500 m above sea level in well-ventilated vineyards. The production soil is rich in minerals, formed from glacial-age sediments.
Tasting notes: Bright straw yellow to the eye. Intense nose with notes of peach, citrus, spring flowers and elderflower. Full-bodied palate, resting on lively freshness and typical savoriness.
Pairing: Fragrant white wine to pair with first and second courses of seafood cuisine, vegetarian dishes and spicy recipes of oriental cuisine.
