Pinot Bianco 2021 Doc Friuli Aquileia - Ca' Bolani

There is no doubt that the wide area of Aquileia, within the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, is capable of expressing, thanks to its particular climatic characteristics, delicate and elegant white wines with great personality. Pinot Bianco DOC signed Ca' Bolani succeeds in combining intensity and grace, thus being very pleasing in its natural balance and, at the same time, very drinkable. The grapes, carefully selected during the harvest phase, vinify in steel, where they remain to rest for a few months, until it is time to proceed with bottling operations. A perfect wine as much for an aperitif as for a nice dinner with friends.

Tasting Notes: On visual examination, it has a bright straw yellow color. The bouquet of aromas on the nose shows floral notes of hawthorn and acacia, enriched by more fruity touches. In the mouth it is subtle, light-bodied, with a swaddling sip on the palate, characterized by a nice freshness, which continues into the finish.

Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, Ca' Bolani's Pinot Bianco perfectly accompanies lean hors d'oeuvres, first courses with delicate sauces, and white meat main courses.
