The Monferrato DOC "Montej Bianco" by Villa Sparina is a white of great freshness and light body, made with chardonnay grapes e sauvignon blanc growing on limestone soil, vinified in temperature-controlled steel. It is a creative wine and a new challenge for thecompany Villa Sparina, a young wine and sprightly, perfect next summer.
Tasting notes: It presents itself with a color straw yellow, perfectly transparent and very bright. The nose opens with floral notes and slightly aromatic, later the fruit. On the palate the wine è delicate, enveloping, fresh and medium persistence.
Pairings: This is a fresh, light wine to pair with fish starters or a summer aperitif. Or for a picnic on the beach while eating a rice salad.
